Gated Compound
Our compounds are fully gated and closed to public access resulting in higher levels of privacy and security for our tenants.
Back access to Kemang
The rear entrance to our compound is opened daily from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm providing quicker alternate routes to both Kemang and the SCBD area.
24 hours general security
Security guards are stationed at all entry points 24 hours a day, along with 32 CCTV points
throughout the compound with DVR (digital video recorder) recording 24 hours a day.
Fitness Center
The fitness center sits in the middle of the compound, helping tenants maintain a healthy
lifestyle.
Swimming Pool
Submerged daybeds and tropical greeneries surround our infinity pool, available exclusively for
our tenants.
Children’s Playground
A children’s playground is also available for the enjoyment of our younger tenants.
Back up generator
The compound has a back up generator in the unlikely event of a power outage.
